We want you to absolutely love every item you get from our shop. If something doesn’t feel quite right, don’t worry—we’ve got your back.

Returns Made Simple If your product arrives and it’s not what you expected, you have 30 days to return it for a refund or exchange. Please make sure the items are in their original condition, and reach out to us at info@allspiritualshop.com and we’ll send you all the details you need to return the item.

Refunds with Love Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible—usually within 2-3 business days. You’ll get your refund the same way you paid, whether it was through a credit card, PayPal, or other methods. Just a heads-up: shipping costs are non-refundable (except when the item was damaged/incorrect/ect.), but hey, we’ll still be sending you good vibes! 💜

Exchanges & Store Credit Looking to swap your item for something else? No problem! Let us know what you’d prefer, and we’ll arrange an exchange or issue store credit if that’s more your style.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong product, please let us know right away. We’ll work our magic to fix the issue—whether it’s sending you a replacement or processing a full refund.

A Few Exceptions We can’t accept returns on items like personalized products, opened packages (ex. opened incense), jewellery you have ben wearing or ritual items that have already been used. But if you have any questions, just reach out, and we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you.
